A family run guesthouse in a quiet location. The non-smoking accommodation offers double en-suite and standard single rooms. All our rooms have central heating, teacoffee making facilities, alarm clocks, hairdryers and free wifi. Walkers and cyclists welcome (secure lock up and clothes drying facilities available). Keswick makes a wonderful touring centre close to Lakelands finest scenery. We are dog pet friendly but we apologise that we are unable to accept children under the age of 12 as we have no family room.

From junction 40 on M6 (Penrith).Take A66 to Keswick then A591 to KeswickWindermere. At T-junction turn right towards town centre, at traffic lights turn left, then sharp left into Southey street. Take 3rd road on left (hellvellyn road). Next turn right into Leonard street, and we are 1st on the left.
