The Hollies BandB guesthouse is situated in the centre of Threlkeld village, near Keswick in the English Lake District National Park. Built of local stone, and dating back to 1900, this imposing property enjoys an elevated position, with magnificent views of the surrounding fells up to Blencathra and over St John's in the Vale towards Clough Head and the Helvellyn range. The Hollies is located directly on the C2C cycleway and the village has 2 inns serving excellent food within 5 minutes walk. All rooms offer en-suite facilities with super king size beds (or twin beds if preferred) with flat screen TVs, DVD players and teacoffee making facilities. There are hot powerful showers, large fluffy towels and hearty Cumbrian breakfasts. There is ample off-road parking, as well as facilities for both walkers and cyclists (including a drying room). Nearest motorway is M6 Junction 40. Head west along the A66 towards Keswick. Threlkeld is situated approximately 12 miles from the M6 just off the A66. The Hollies is located on the main village road just opposite the Village Hall.
